• What's a Domain?

  A Domain is a website addressable from a unique hostname, for example: chemwriter.com.

• What's a Subdomain?

  A subdomain is a website addressable from a name prepended to a unique hostname. For example, catalog.example.com is a subdomain of example.com.

• Can I use my Website plan with a "www" Subdomain?

  Yes. A Website purchase covers use with a given hostname and its "www" subdomain.

• How is my plan activated?

  On completion of your transaction, you'll receive a unique license file. ChemWriter is fully activated when you link to this file during deployment.

• What happens when my plan subscription expires?

  You'll be notified by email 35 days prior expiration of one-year subscriptions. One-month subscribers will receive a renewal email 3 days prior to expiration.

• Can I use a free demo?

  Yes! You can create complete sites for testing purposes using a fully-functional demo. There's nothing to download or install. See the Developer Guide for details.

• Are there any per-user charges?

  No. Your subscription will be valid on sites serving any number of users.

• Are there any per-server charges?

  No. You can use ChemWriter on sites served by any number of network nodes.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Wire transfers, checks, and POs are also accepted.

• Can I resell ChemWriter?

  Possibly. Ask about a Redistribution License.
